It Just needed a little bit more mayhem. 

Item system is there but needs some flare (and lots of debugging) and a "Kind of" Rubber Banding System to balance the race, AI is managing itself better than expected at least. 

Still a lot of work to do but also still a lot of fun :), hope you guys enjoy.
